Controller and scope
Pablo Gallego Falcón · NIF 35320739F · Conchidos 8, 36152 Pontevedra, Spain · pablo@didavero.com. This policy distinguishes website visits, voluntary contact and application use. The operator does not automatically receive documents saved on your computer.
Visits to didavero.com
The server processes IP address, timestamp, requested path, response status and, when supplied, browser and referring page. These support delivery, abuse prevention, fault investigation and internal technical statistics derived from logs. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure service and understanding its operation, with restricted access and no advertising tracking. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Hosting and retention
The website is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in eu-frankfurt-1, Germany. Technical logs rotate daily or at 100 MB and retain 30 rotations plus the active file. Internal reports omit URL query strings and anonymise IP addresses; individual profiles are not published. The infrastructure provider may process metadata under its terms and data-protection safeguards. EU hosting alone does not exclude all international access or transfers: legally required safeguards must apply.
If you contact the operator
Your email, message and attachments you choose to send are processed to respond, provide support or handle rights requests. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps where applicable, the legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or legal obligations for rights requests. Enquiries are kept until resolved and generally for no more than 12 months afterwards; records needed for claims or legal duties are restricted for the applicable statutory period. Do not send student data, passwords or provider keys.
Data inside the app
Projects, sources, versions and settings are stored in the application folders on your computer. This does not mean automatic encryption. You or your institution decide what data to include and are responsible for lawful use, minimisation, access, backups and deletion. Distributing the application does not by itself make the website operator a processor of local content.
AI and external connections
When you start jobs through Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode, instructions and relevant excerpts may be sent to the configured model and provider under your account and terms. OpenCode does not imply a local model. Providers may operate outside the EEA and apply their own retention and training rules. Check contracts, transfers and settings before sending material. Web searches, external resources and update checks also make connections. Visiting this site does not automatically load these providers.
Recipients and downloads
Necessary infrastructure and email providers, the operator and legally authorised authorities may access relevant data. Downloads hosted here are served from s1; linked older GitHub releases are downloaded from GitHub and its delivery networks, which receive connection metadata. This website does not sell data or run marketing campaigns.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable and objection at pablo@didavero.com. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawfulness. Describe your request; extra identity information is requested only where necessary. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to statutory extensions. You may complain to the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es) or another competent authority. The website makes no automated decisions with legal effects on visitors and does not require additional data to download the app.
